Today, I'm making sparkling juice in one of the Seltzer Bottles. This recipe for sparkling juice is delightful and cooling. You can employ a plethora of different flavors. Even though the end effect is the same, there are numerous ways to produce this. One approach, which I will demonstrate today, is to mix the carbonated water with the concentrate in the serving glass. You might also combine all the ingredients in the soda siphon.
You will require a chilled soda siphon.
12 oz., 1 Co2 Soda Charger, 4 cups of really cold water Berry Blend Frozen Concentrate with 100% Juice.
Frozen berry concentrate should first defrost in the refrigerator. Then proceed to unscrew the soda siphon's head, remove the gasket, and remove the straw.
Next, add 4 cups of extremely cold water to the siphon, replace the straw and gasket, and screw the soda siphon head back on firmly.
As soon as you hear the gas enter, take our Co2 soda charger, put it in the holder, and tighten the holder into the siphon bottle.
firmly shake at least 20 times. Remove the empty charger from the holder and put the top back on. Before serving, put the siphon in the fridge for at least an hour. This allows the water some time to absorb CO2.
Take 3 ounces (about 1/4 of a can) of the thawed berry concentrate out of the refrigerator and pour it into a serving glass.
Finally, pour the seltzer water into the glass with the concentrate using the cold soda siphon.
TIP: When dispensing, gently press the level to steer the beverage toward the side of the glass while maintaining the upright position of the soda siphon. As for the soda siphon, you can use the soda water machine instead of the soda siphon.
